Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Aware Investments has spent nearly three decades acquiring, managing, and developing commercial real estate — and, where it makes sense, investing alongside operating companies we believe in.
Our Story
Since 1998, Aware Investments has operated as an owner-operator rather than a passive investor — active in acquisition, leasing, financing, construction, and day-to-day operations across every property we hold.
That hands-on approach has led us across the Tampa Bay region and Florida's Nature Coast, into commercial retail and office, industrial, and hospitality real estate — and, selectively, into strategic stakes in operating companies outside of real estate entirely.
We remain privately and entirely family-owned, which lets us underwrite patiently, hold for the long term, and make decisions without the pressure of outside capital or a fixed exit timeline.
We underwrite carefully and buy well, rather than chasing volume.
We manage our properties directly, not through layers of intermediaries.
